Weight Management Programme

Daman’s Weight Management Programme is a tele coaching programme that provides support and care through an integrated educational and behavioural change to achieve and maintain a healthier weight and adopt lifelong healthier habits. The programme aims to reduce body weight and improve self-management skills.

The programme includes biweekly coaching phone calls that contain educational and behavioural content provided by a health coach. The programme lasts for 3 months.

Through the coaching journey, different educational topics are covered, including:
  • Setting goals
  • Healthy carbohydrates and fats
  • Healthy snacking
  • Eating a balanced diet, rich in fruit and veg
  • Getting active
  • Healthy hydration
  • Mindful eating and coping with cravings
  • Why do we overeat and learning our triggers
  • Planning meals
  • Getting back on track and weight maintenance

  • Thiqa and Enhanced members with BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2
