All plans are NOT covered at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC) and Tawam Hospital, except for the following cases ONLY: Emergency Room patients (Triage levels 1 to 3), life-threatening conditions, inpatient or outpatient visits for rare specialties that do not exist in any other SEHA or private sector facility, and pharmacy prescriptions for medications available only at SKMC or Tawam Hospital.
