- In January 2004 took over the role as Regional Managing Director for MedNet
- In November 2005 left his position to set-up and join Daman as CEO

- Joined Holcim Group being responsible for Corporate Controlling
- After one year he was sent to a Belgium Group subsidiary as Group CFO (Group Silidur, Brussels). After restructuring and successful sale of the Group he came back to Switzerland for Corporate Controlling
- In 1998, he was sent as Group CFO to Alpha Cement, Moscow, Russia
- In 2000, he was working as a consultant for Arpagaus & Baumer Consulting Ltd., Zurich (Audit, Part Time CFO for Medium sized Swiss companies)
- In 2003, he joined InPart Ltd. Ltd. a privately hold investment company in Zug, Switzerland
- In 2007, he joined National Health Insurance Company Daman as CFO

- Admitted in the Lebanese syndicate initiated clinical practice 1997 affiliated to two hospitals in Beirut 1999
- Joined Securite Assurances in Lebanon, contributed in building internal operation for the company to manage its own medical portfolio with no dependency on external TPA’s
- In 2001, joined MedNet KSA as Project Manager
- On Munich Re’s request seconded to Paramount India (TPA) in 2003 to help on supporting the organizational growth, assigned the function of Vice President Operation
- Joined Daman in 2006 during its setup, nominated as Director Operation, supported on setting some of Daman’s operational departments
- In 2008, assigned to the management of TPA for Nationals and appointed Head of TPA
- In October 2008 took over the role of Chief Medical Officer for Daman

- Founded a copy and printing shop, which was operated by students while finishing studies
- Began his formal career in 1996 as trainer and consultant for T.O.P Business Consulting and Training AG in Nurnberg
- From 1998 to 2005, was in charge of IT Services and Organization at ArztPartner almeda AG (today almeda GmbH), where he assumed a major role in conceptualization, set up and distribution of the most successful healthcare management platform in Germany (providinCare™) with over 30 installations
- Joined Munich Health (Munich Re Group) in 2005 as a senior consultant for HealthCare. While in that role he supported various operational and strategic projects in international health care markets (KSA, UAE, Poland, China, India, South Korea, Taiwan, USA and Italy)
- Supported Daman in various projects since 2006
- In January 2010, joined Daman as Chief Services Officer (CSO)

- Served as Chief Commercial Officer at Thuraya Telecommunication Company (UAE)
- Joined the National Health Insurance Company Daman in May 2010 as Chief Commercial Officer
