How to reimburse a claim?
 

Please have a clear understanding of your individual health plan and its covered benefits before you make a reimbursement claim.

The reimbursement claim should be reported to Daman within 30 days from the date of occurrence of the claim.
To process your reimbursement claim, the following supporting documents need to be submitted:

  • Copy of Daman I.D.
  • Copy of personal I.D. (Passport, Driving License etc.)
  • Original itemized Invoices with date
  • Medical Report / Discharge Summary signed and stamped by the treating Doctor
  • Original prescription
  • Lab / Radiology test results where applicable

As per the policy terms and conditions, the reimbursement of correctly documented claims will be settled within 2 weeks after the respective claim has been received by Daman. A cheque will be issued in the policy holder’s name along with a detailed settlement report.
